This course is designed for people who want to become rope skipping coaches. To ensure the quality of certified coaches reaching a certain level of standards, the examination will include an Individual, Pairs and Double Dutch skills tests so as to evaluate whether the coach could be able to demonstrate the skills clearly.

Eligibility:

• All participants must be 18 years of age or above;

• Participants who are group members of the Hong Kong Rope Skipping Association, China will be given priority of admission. (Each affiliated and group member will only receive a maximum of 3 priority admission places at a time, and the rest will be arranged according to the registration order.)
