was established on September 1

獲優質教育基金贊助，為本地中小學設計一套名為「跳繩樂、齊齊學」的健康教育計畫，作為體育課堂的補充教材，擬藉跳繩運動，培養學生「每日一運動」的習慣。

IJRU與奧林匹克頻道（Olympic Channel）宣布達成協議，將播出並推廣一系列跳繩比賽活動
IJRU and the Olympic Channel announced an agreement to broadcast and promote a series of jump rope events
國際跳繩聯合會(IJRU)由 International Rope Skipping Federation (FISAC-IRSF) 及 World Jump Rope Federation (WJRF) 兩大國際跳繩組織於2018合併而成立，為國際單項運動總會聯合會(GAISF)的觀察會員。總會亦於2020年成為 IJRU會員，負責帶領本地跳繩運動發展、籌備選拔賽及選出成績優秀的跳繩運動員作賽
The International Jump Rope Union (IJRU) was established in 2018 through the merger of two major international jump rope organizations: the International Rope Skipping Federation (FISAC-IRSF) and the World Jump Rope Federation (WJRF). It is an observer member of the Global Association of International Sports Federations (GAISF).
HKRSA also became a member of IJRU in 2020.

由於疫情影響，2022年亞洲跳繩錦標賽以虛擬形式舉行，由中國香港跳繩總會籌辦，以維持運動員的競技水平
Due to the impact of the pandemic, the 2022 Asian Jump Rope Championships was a virtual format, organized by the HKRSA, in order to maintain the competitive level of the athletes.
2023
跳繩運動獲亞洲奧林匹克理事會（OCA）臨時認可，標誌著在亞洲崛起，未來能夠正式列為亞運比賽項目指日可待
Asian Jump Rope Union (AJRU) has been recognized as a provisional member of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA)
史上最大規模的世界跳繩錦標賽中，中國香港代表隊包攬了157面獎牌，並打破了5項世界紀錄，錦標賽亦在奧委會網上頻道直播
In the largest world jump rope championship ever, the Hong Kong China representative team won a total of 157 medals and broke 5 world records. It was also livestreamed on the Olympic Channel
2024
參與2024巴黎奧運，跳繩首度成為奧運的周邊比賽及表演項目，港隊成員與來自東道主法國、美國、日本等高水平選手同台切磋
Participating in the 2024 Paris Olympics, jump rope will for the first time be included as an ancillary competition and performance event. Members of the Hong Kong team will compete alongside high-level athletes from host country France, as well as the United States, Japan, and others.
